Building a world class team starts with designing a company that everyone wants to work for.
Of course, Rethink offers a competitive salary and benefits package; so does everyone else. What Rethink also does, is go above and beyond to create a workplace culture that supports its employees and the industry we serve. We encourage creativity and professional growth by offering generous education and benchmarking benefits, as well as paid time off for volunteer work in the community. Many members of our team represent professional organizations such as the Themed Entertainment Association and Ryman Arts. If this sounds like the kind of place you’d like to work, you’re not alone.
Rethink employees are driven by a common goal of working on extraordinary themed entertainment projects in a fast-paced, friendly environment. We’re always on the lookout for a wide range of talents, from project team members to freelance support. Please check back here occasionally to see what positions are available, or contact us at email@example.com to submit your resume.
